The Role
As an Outsourcing Senior, you'll be a key part of a growing team, working closely with clients and helping shape how the function evolves.
This isn't just review work. It's a mix of:
* Reviewing management accounts, VAT returns, and bookkeeping
* Working directly with clients to answer queries and deliver insights
* Supporting and developing junior team members
* Getting involved in cloud projects - onboarding clients, improving systems, moving them onto better software
* Adding real value beyond compliance
You'll have autonomy, visibility, and the chance to influence how things are done - not just follow a process.
What They're Looking For
* 4+ years' experience in practice, ideally within outsourcing or management accounts
* Strong VAT knowledge (multiple schemes)
* Confident reviewing work and supporting junior staff
* Comfortable dealing directly with clients
* Experience with Xero, Sage or QuickBooks
* Understanding of MTD for VAT
* ACA/ACCA qualified (or close) preferred
