About us

Established in 1988, we are a thriving firm of property consultants, specialising in land, property and development. We have offices in Rayleigh and Chelmsford. We are professional, ethical and are proud to be considered the leading firm of rural property experts in the county. This job offers the right candidate a welcoming and supportive working environment.

The position is 2 days a week, working Monday and Wednesday

Training will be provided for the more specific duties listed below but the ideal candidate will have the following skills and characteristics:

Ideal Candidate

* Confident and professional telephone manner
* Accurate typist with audio experience
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Embraces new software
* Courteous and presentable in greeting clients and other professionals
* Team player
* Organised, diligent, discreet, trustworthy and able to handle confidential information
* Experience of working in a busy office

Job Role

You will be part of a team that supports our professional staff. Your role will be varied and will include general administrative and secretarial duties, such as taking calls, invoicing, filing, typing, data entry and archiving. The role includes:

* Data inputting on bespoke property management software
* Taking phone enquiries from clients and prospective buyers/tenants
* Archiving
* Audio typing
* Supporting other team members
