The position is 2 days a week, working Monday and Wednesday
Training will be provided for the more specific duties listed below but the ideal candidate will have the following skills and characteristics:

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

* Experience of working in a busy office
Job Role
You will be part of a team that supports our professional staff. Your role will be varied and will include general administrative and secretarial duties, such as taking calls, invoicing, filing, typing, data entry and archiving. The role includes:
* Data inputting on bespoke property management software
* Taking phone enquiries from clients and prospective buyers/tenants
* Archiving
* Audio typing
* Supporting other team members
