Assisting teachers with daily lessons, group work, and classroom organisation Encouraging positive behaviour and building pupils’ confidence in their learning. Helping children with different abilities, including those with additional learning needs. Creating a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment every day. Who We’re Looking For: Someone enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate about making a difference. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Experience working with children or young people in any capacity (youth work, coaching, volunteering, etc) is desirable. A calm and patient approach when supporting pupils who need extra help.
