About the role:
We're looking for a capable, data-driven Marketing Executive to support the execution and optimisation of our e-commerce marketing activity across key channels.
This role is ideal for someone with a couple of years' experience under their belt who's comfortable working with data, understands e-commerce fundamentals, and wants to play a meaningful role in shaping the marketing landscape for a rapidly growing wellness brand.
You'll work closely with the Marketing Manager and the wider growth team, contributing to day-to-day execution while using insight and analysis to help improve performance across retention and acquisition.
Key responsibilities:
Support the execution of marketing activity across owned and paid channels
Manage and optimise email and SMS campaigns & automations
Support Shopify-based ecommerce activity including product launches, promotions and onsite optimisation
Assist with paid media activation
Support and contribute to our subscription strategy, helping to grow subscriber numbers and improve retention.
Build and maintain performance reports using Excel / Google Sheets
Analyse data across campaigns, channels and customer behaviour to surface insights and opportunities
Use data to inform recommendations and contribute to strategic decisions
Work cross-functionally with creative & paid media teams, customer service and operations where required
What we're looking for:
2+ years' experience in a marketing role within e-commerce or DTC
Hands-on experience using Shopify and Klaviyo
Experience supporting or running paid ad campaigns
Strong analytical mindset with confidence working in Excel / Google Sheets to build reports, interpret data and communicate insights clearly
Comfortable working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable managing multiple workstreams and prioritising effectively
Proactive, organised and detail-oriented
