These settings are dedicated to providing exceptional care and education to young children. As an Early Years Practitioner, you'll play a key role in supporting the emotional, social, and cognitive development of every child in your care.
Role Details for the Early Years Practitioner:
1. Pay: £13.69-£15.87 per hour
2. Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (nurseries) or school-based hours (primary settings)
3. Start Date: ASAP
4. Location: Across nurseries and schools in Enfield
What You'll Do as an Early Years Practitioner:
5. Deliver creative, play-based learning opportunities aligned with EYFS
6. Support children in achieving their developmental milestones
7. Maintain high standards of care, safety, and well-being
8. Build positive relationships with colleagues and families
9. Foster curiosity, creativity, and confidence in young learners
Requirements for the Early Years Practitioner:
10. Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education
11. Strong understanding of EYFS principles and early years pedagogy
12. Previous experience in nurseries or primary schools preferred
13. Positive, adaptable, and proactive approach to working with young children
