He enjoys long walks, National Trust visits, gardening, mini golf, colouring by numbers, and spending time outdoors including at a local farm. Aaron thrives with structure, routine, and calm, positive support from people who are patient, reliable, and emotionally aware. He communicates best with staff who use simple language, a gentle approach, and take the time to build trusting relationships with him. Aaron is looking for a dedicated and energetic team who can support him to feel safe, enjoy the activities he loves, and continue developing his independence in a happy and supportive home environment. Experience in a similar role is desirable but full training will be provided. Full training will be provided through Seco Supports induction programme and online learning. Full referencing and a full enhanced check of the Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) will be required for this position.
