Base: £18,000+ Commission


OTE Potential: £80k–£100k+

Engine Creative is launching REYDAR Product Visualiser, an AI-powered spatial visualisation platform transforming how interior design and home improvement products are visualised and sold.

We're moving from agency innovation to scalable SaaS growth, and we're looking for someone hungry enough to build pipeline, close early deals and scale revenue fast.

Requirements


What You'll Actually Be Doing

* Defining ICPs and target accounts
* Building outbound campaigns from scratch
* Cold calling and LinkedIn prospecting
* Booking and running discovery calls
* Delivering product demos
* Closing SaaS contracts
* Owning your revenue number
* Utilising AI tools and processes to extent reach

You'll work directly with the founder and product team.

You'll influence GTM strategy.

You'll shape early positioning.

And you'll be paid properly for performance.

The Commission Opportunity

You will earn 20% of all first-year contract value on every deal you generate and close.

With our pricing model and target account size, realistic first-year on-target earnings are: £80,000 - £100,000+ for an effective SDR.

There is no artificial cap. Your earnings scale with the revenue you create.

This is designed for someone commercially ambitious who wants meaningful upside, not just a modest bonus structure.
