What You’ll Be Doing
* Partnering with customers to identify training needs, operational challenges and opportunities to improve adoption and efficiency across the Reapit platform
* Conducting training and consultancy needs analysis to recommend tailored solutions that align with customer goals and business outcomes
* Building strategic relationships with key customer stakeholders, to develop bespoke enablement and optimisation plans
* Identifying opportunities to expand training and consultancy services, supporting revenue growth through value-led customer engagement
* Working collaboratively with internal teams including Customer Success, Sales, Product and Professional Services to align customer plans, share insights and support ongoing account development
* Monitoring customer engagement, usage trends and feedback to help drive continuous improvement, measurable success and long-term customer value
* Maintaining accurate customer engagement, consultancy activity and account planning records as required
These activities will each be leading towards a Consultancy target of £75k p/a which will fall under your responsibility to hit. This will form part of the overall training team target.
As part of hitting this target, you will be enrolled onto a structured commission plan, allowing for uncapped earning potential for success in this role.
Who We’re Looking For

Experience/Skills
* Minimum 3–5 years proven experience driving value for customers, ideally within CRM software solutions or the estate agency sector.
* Knowledge of UK Estate Agency operations, processes, and compliance requirements (highly desirable).
* Experience conducting discovery sessions, operational reviews and needs analysis to identify efficiencies, process improvements and commercial opportunities.
* Strong understanding of customer operational strategies, change management and consultative approaches to supporting business transformation.
* Ability to analyse customer usage data, identify trends and make commercially focused recommendations to improve engagement and operational performance.
* Strong digital literacy, with the ability to leverage technology and data to enhance training effectiveness and learner engagement.
* Competence in using CRM systems (estate agency CRM experience strongly preferred).

* Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility at all levels.
* Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the confidence to lead and influence large groups, both in-person and virtually.

* Strategic thinker with a proactive, problem‑solving mindset, capable of adapting in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.

Within 1 Month
* Be familiar with our product suite and the solutions we have
* Understand the training options available
* Understand the consultancy offering and be able to articulate it to customers
Within 3 Months
* Provide your own opinions of the consultancy offering and how it can be shaped
* Introduce yourself into key businesses and gain understanding of their processes
* Build a strong pipeline of opportunities and demonstrate how our target will be met
Within 6 Months
* Be autonomously working on the pipeline and bringing in revenue from consultancy opportunities
* Closely work with other departments to identify further gaps and possibilities for future revenue

We operate a Flexible Working Policy and can agree a hybrid approach to suit both parties. We would like for you to work from one of our offices 2 days a week, however this will be flexible based on your customer-commitments.
