Key Responsibilities Conduct accurate and engaging property valuations across sales and lettings. Carry out viewings and provide expert advice to buyers and tenants. Manage the full sales cycle, from initial instruction through to successful completion. Build strong relationships with vendors and landlords, maintaining regular communication and updates. Negotiate offers effectively to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients. Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company's reputation as the leading local estate agency.
