Account Manager – Facilities Management (Temp to Perm) We are recruiting an experienced Account Manager to join a facilities management contract on a temp-to-perm basis, starting as soon as possible. The role is responsible for managing a £1.9m contract, leading a team of 20 staff consisting of 14 engineers and 4 back-office support colleagues. You will be the main point of contact for the client, ensuring service delivery, performance, compliance, and team management across the contract. The position is based in Hampshire and will involve regular travel to Southampton. A company car is provided and may be used for personal use. The role is initially offered on a temporary basis at the equivalent of a £65,000 annual salary, paid hourly, with the intention of becoming permanent following the contract period.
