Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Head of Installs to lead our installation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing installations for solar and air source heat pump projects. This role involves coordinating installations, ordering materials, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the installation of solar PV systems, air source heat pumps, and insulation projects.
* Order and manage materials and equipment required for installations.
* Coordinate and supervise the installation team to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standard.
* Ensure all installations comply with health and safety regulations and company standards.
* Liaise with clients to provide updates and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Head of Installs or similar role within the solar and air source industry.
* Strong knowledge of installation processes and health and safety regulations.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £40,000.00-£47,000.00 per year
