We are seeking a talented Senior Health & Protection Consultant to join our Large Corporate Consulting Team at Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB). This role will be based in our London or Chichester office and is a hybrid role requiring at least three days a week in the office.
What we will count on you to:
* Develop and maintain a portfolio of Healthcare and Protection clients, providing quality consulting advice and ongoing service.
* Ensure revenue from this portfolio is profitable and expand business lines and service delivery where appropriate.
* Manage and develop strong client relationships, win new business, and work pro‑actively with internal teams to deliver client expectations in line with agreed client account plans.
What you need to have:
* In‑depth Healthcare and Group Risk knowledge (essential).
* Financial and commercial acumen, including fee negotiation skills.
* Consulting and relationship‑management skills.
* Technical, product and process knowledge.
* Inter‑personal, communication and time‑management skills.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
