Responsibilities
* Drive strategic development, marketing, and sales growth of our aquatics programmes.
* Ensure high-quality delivery of swimming tuition, events, and partnerships while driving revenue and market share.
* Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy, delivering integrated campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels to boost awareness and participation.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 2 years in aquatics or sports marketing.
* Proven sales experience and a strong background in managing budgets and achieving revenue targets.
* Ability to lead, motivate, and shape a team while working independently.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems for reporting and sales tracking.
* Current valid and nationally recognised swim instructor qualification.
Working Hours & Location
The role is 37 hours per week. You will be based across our client's facilities in Essex. The position demands flexibility with hours, tasks, and location, including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays worked on a rota basis.
