We’re currently looking for an Executive Quantity Surveyor with experience in the Infrastructure sector to join our expert team and help drive the delivery of nationally significant infrastructure.

What you’ll be doing
* Leading commercial management of nuclear infrastructure projects from inception to completion
* Developing procurement strategies and managing contracts (NEC3/4) to ensure value and compliance
* Managing cost planning, forecasting, and reporting for high-value works
* Overseeing risk, change control, and commercial governance
* Collaborating with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver best-in-class outcomes
* Providing leadership and mentoring to junior commercial staff
What we’re looking for
* Proven experience as a Commercial Manager or Managing Quantity Surveyor on major infrastructure projects – sector experience is essential
* Strong knowledge of NEC contracts and UK construction law
* Excellent commercial acumen, communication skills, and client-facing experience
* Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related field
* MRICS (or working toward chartership – support provided)
