Description: At Hotel du Vin, half of revenue comes from catering. This role offers on‑the‑job training, national apprenticeships, and a clear route to Head Chef. Working as a Sous Chef you will support the Head Chef, ensuring the team delivers brand standards consistently. You will also mentor and develop junior team members.
