Perform high-quality vehicle maintenance and repairs in accordance with manufacturer standards
Conduct detailed inspections to identify wear, damage, or faults
Offer expert technical advice and support to customers
Maintain excellent customer service, building customer trust
Collaborate effectively with reception and workshop control teams
Assist and mentor fellow Vehicle Technicians in daily workshop activitiesRequirements of a Vehicle Technician:
NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent qualification
Strong understanding of vehicle safety standards and procedures
Proven problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality
Excellent communication and teamworking skills
Valid UK driving licence is mandatory; MOT licence advantageous but not required
