As a Service Desk Planner, you'll be the key point of coordination for engineers and account managers, ensuring smooth and timely service delivery for a portfolio of clients. While previous experience in a similar role is ideal, we offer full training to help you succeed. This is a Temp to Perm position. Key Responsibilities: Schedule jobs for a dedicated portfolio of accounts Allocate and manage engineer workloads Monitor and process job paperwork and escalate where needed Communicate with Account Managers and clients regarding service delivery Issue reports and certificates, and ensure documentation accuracy Liaise with engineers on job progress, updates, and concerns Book appointments with clients and confirm scheduling Raise new jobs, contracts, and order materials Assist with job-related queries, abortive charges, and missed visits Support invoicing by checking job details and paperwork Answer incoming calls and handle general administrative tasks Run weekly reports to track pending or overdue jobsWhat We're Looking For: Previous experience in scheduling or a similar admin/coordinator role Strong communication and organisational skills Confident working independently and as part of a team Comfortable handling a fast-paced, detail-oriented workloadBenefits: Company pension scheme Private healthcare Financial loyalty bonus 33 days holiday including BH 8am to 5pm Monday to FridayThis is an office based role in Farnborough
