AI Solution Architect

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced AI Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of complex, multi-domain AI and data initiatives. This role will drive enterprise-scale architecture, focusing on Agentic AI, GenAI, and modern data platforms, while ensuring governance, scalability, and business impact across retail and digital ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture for large-scale AI, data, and analytics solutions across multiple teams
• Design and implement agentic AI ecosystems including AI agents, copilots, and multi-agent workflows
• Define architectures for RAG / GraphRAG, knowledge graphs, orchestration frameworks, and LLMOps
• Establish Responsible AI controls, scalability, security, and compliance standards
• Build metadata catalog and lineage discovery solutions using AI-powered approaches
• Drive AI-led solutions in:
• Customer intelligence & personalization
• Demand forecasting & pricing optimization
• Supply chain & inventory management
• Retail operations & media analytics
• Govern modern cloud data platforms (Lakehouse, Data Engineering, BI, Advanced Analytics)
• Act as design authority across architecture forums and resolve cross-platform trade-offs
• Mentor architects and engineering teams; contribute to reusable blueprints and standards
• Align solution strategies with hyperscalers, OEMs, and enterprise platforms

Must Have Skills

• Strong experience in Agentic AI architectures
• Expertise in LLMs, RAG/GraphRAG, AI agents, copilots, LLMOps
• Deep understanding of data platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP), Lakehouse, and analytics ecosystems
• Proven experience in enterprise architecture & governance
• Exposure to Responsible AI frameworks and compliance standards

Good to Have Skills

• Advanced Analytics & Retail Analytics domain experience
