Business Administrator
Location: Hinkley Point C, Bridgwater, TA6 4F
Rate: £135 per day
About the Role
We're looking for a Business Administrator to join the CommOps team at Hinkley Point C (HPC), supporting the smooth and efficient running of operations within the Performance Improvement Programme.
You'll play a key role in providing professional, high-quality administrative support across a range of activities including planning, finance, meeting coordination and data management. You'll also help with the day-to-day running of the Training Centre and act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Provide full administrative support to the CommOps and Pre-Operations teams.
Organise and coordinate meetings, travel, accommodation and hospitality.
Manage diaries, prepare meeting packs, take minutes and ensure actions are followed up.
Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring information is easily accessible.
Respond to internal and external queries professionally and efficiently.
Support the running of the Training Centre, including reception cover as needed.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety and environmental requirements.About You
Essential skills and experience:
Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
Confident working independently and taking initiative.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Professional, discreet and able to handle confidential information.Desirable:
Previous experience in a team support or business administration role.
