Role
The Programme Manager will be required to set up and deliver short courses and summer programmes for undergraduate students run by the Global Opportunities Team.
You will be an experienced ELT manager who has worked with HE organisations in the UK and internationally. You will take responsibility for all aspects of short programme development and delivery. This will include business development, course design and the recruitment and management of teams of tutors and visiting lecturers.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications needed
1. You will have a postgraduate ELT teaching qualification (eg DELTA/Masters in TESOL).
2. You will have experience in English language teaching as a teacher (and/or teacher trainer) and a manager.
3. You will have the ability to manage a team and apply available resources to optimum effect.
4. You can manage multiple work streams and prioritise effectively to meet deadlines.
5. You should be able to use digital technologies including Google applications and/or Microsoft Office.
