Groundworks Supervisor (Trenching & Surveying Works) Location: St Neots Contract Type: 6‑month initial contract (2‑week probation) Start Date: ASAP We are currently seeking an experienced Groundworks Supervisor to oversee trenching and surveying operations across sites between Bedford and Cambridge. This is a client-facing role, requiring a professional individual who can represent the business positively while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and delivery. Role Overview You will be responsible for supervising groundworkers and surveying teams carrying out trench works, ensuring all activities are completed safely, efficiently, and on programme.
