The Role:
The Construction Health and Safety (CDM) Manager will join the Technical Standards, Assurance and Risk management team within Hampshire County Council's (HCC) Property Services which is one of the largest in:house property functions in local government.
You will manage Construction Health and Safety CDM functions to effectively deliver quality, assurance, and compliance activities and processes, meeting our statutory obligations relating to the built estate and promoting safe and healthy working practices.
HCC's Property service is a multi:disciplinary design, facilities and estate management team who hold considerable expertise in the stewardship of the public estate, delivering work that supports more than 1000 sites and the 1.4 million residents across Hampshire.
