Working at our client's modern office in Derby, you will report to the Customer Service Manager/Head of Customer Service.
Your new role
1. You will provide customers and clients with exceptional aftersales service and management of the rectification of defects.
2. Ensure customers experience a smooth transition
3. Liaise with customers on the reporting of any issues
4. Assist in organising and coordinating maintenance operatives
5. Work closely with contractors
6. Assist in managing defects to an effective resolution
7. Work within the team to maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction results
8. Set up new contracts
9. Update files
10. Take calls
11. Respond to emails
12. Keep customers updated on progress.
13. Book appointments
14. Raise work schedules
15. Send out appointment letters
16. Provide monthly reports
17. Develop relationships
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a working in a customer service environment, have excellentmunication skills and a telephone manner.
Attention to detail and organisational skills
Use of IT packages – MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
Knowledge of construction, with knowledge ofplaint and ombudsmanplaint handling.
What you'll get in return
This is a full-time office-based role.
Hours – Thurs – 5pm and Fri – with a 1-hour lunch
3-month fixed term contract with the potential of leading to a permanent position.Parking
