UK Law Firm - IT Trainer
Bromley, S.E London - c40k + Excellent Bens - Hybrid - minimum 4 days in office per month
This is a new role within the Law firm where you'll play a key role within the Technology, Innovation and Change team. The firm is expanding and to ensure colleagues get the most out of the tools used every day, Microsoft 365, the service desk, etc.. they now wish to hire an IT Trainer/ Digital Learning specialist.
You'll take ownership of how they document and share knowledge, creating clear and practical guides, publish helpful articles in their portal and deliver engaging Training sessions to colleagues ...you'll be the person who simplifies technology for non-technical people.
Experience required
Delivering the IT elements of the firm's induction and trainee Training programmes
Training expertise in Microsoft 365 suite.
Familiarity with Windows 10/11 desktops.
Familiarity with Apple iOS devices.
Experience in Technical Writing and documentation, producing training materials and user guides.
Running Live groups and live training.
