Role overview
As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the welcoming face for our customers, handling job bookings in our in-house system and discussing any technical concerns they may have. This is an exciting time to join our Halfords Garage Services team at our new Fusion centres, upgraded with the latest facilities to lead the way in providing a first-class customer experience and a great working environment.

Responsibilities
* Welcome customers and handle bookings in the in-house system
* Discuss technical concerns with customers and provide appropriate guidance
* Contribute to delivering a first-class customer experience in the garage services environment

Skills and experience
* Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service
* IT literate
* Able to handle difficult situations professionally and calmly
* Experience working towards and achieving targets
* Ideally, experience in an Autocentre environment
* Must have a full driver’s licence with less than 9 points as the role will include collection and delivery of vehicles
