We are looking for caring, hands-on Female Support Workers passionate about improving the quality of life for the people we support. In this role, you'll help individuals gain independence, teach new skills, assist with personal care, and encourage community engagement through various activities, including outings, games, and social events.
This role is ideal for someone eager to make a positive impact, helping individuals build confidence and independence, whether by cooking, going on holidays, or engaging in daily activities.
Our support workers should possess:
* A full UK driving license
* Resilience, flexibility, and composure
* Experience with Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice
* Experience supporting individuals with behaviors of distress, mental health conditions, autism, forensic histories, or trauma
