Job Description
3. Support the entire sales team in daily administrative tasks
4. Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
5. Respond to complaints from customers and provide after-sales support when requested
6. Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form
7. Coordinate the sales team's activities to boost performance
8. Assist in the preparation and organising of promotional material or events
9. Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
10. Monitor the team's progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
The Successful Applicant
A successful Sales Coordinator should have:
11. Minimum 1 year experience in a Sales development role or account role
12. Proven experience in sales
13. Experience in the cosmetics, hospitality or B2B sales
14. Excellent knowledge of MS Office
15. Preferred working knowledge of Salesforce
16. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
