Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37hrs Full Time
Your workstyle in this role will require you to work from a fixed workplace.
We are looking for a flexible, multi-skilled and energetic individual who will work as a caretaker in the adult services team with the specific aim of ensuring the site is fully functional, safe, secure and well maintained. The successful candidate will be a practical, positive and energetic person who will take pride in maintaining the facilities.
You will have experience of maintenance work with a range of skills including but not limited to cleaning, basic carpentry, plumbing and grounds maintenance.
