Hybrid – Newcastle (1-2 days onsite) - Fantastic package + 15% bonus + 30 days annual leave
You’ll take ownership of integration architecture across the business, driving seamless data flow and interoperability across internal and external platforms. Expect to work across ESBs, APIs, iPaaS, messaging systems, cloud and on-prem estates, making sure everything works together to deliver smooth customer experiences and stronger operational efficiency.
You’ll champion integration as a core capability, embedding frameworks, patterns, and modern technologies that enable teams to deliver quickly and with confidence. You’ll balance the strategic and the hands‑on, shaping long‑term roadmaps while still keeping close to the technology that makes it all work.
What You’ll Bring
* Strong experience designing and delivering integration solutions within complex enterprise environments
* Deep understanding of integration patterns, APIs, middleware, ESB/iPaaS platforms, and messaging technologies
* Experience across cloud and on‑prem integration landscapes
* Ability to translate business needs into secure, scalable, future‑proof integration designs
* Confident working with senior stakeholders, architects, and technical teams
* A collaborative mindset with the ability to influence and mentor
* Someone who thrives in complexity and enjoys solving real engineering and architectural challenges
