A fast-growing, high-impact online business is seeking a seasoned finance professional to drive strategic planning, investment decisions, and performance management. This is a rare opportunity to partner closely with the executive team, influence long-term strategy, and shape the financial future of a dynamic, market-leading organisation.
What You’ll Do:
* Lead and scale the financial planning process across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles, aligning with the company’s strategic priorities.
* Build and refine financial models to support decision-making across investments, growth scenarios, and profitability initiatives.
* Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing data-driven insights that shape strategy, operations, and capital allocation.
* Champion financial discipline across teams, defining frameworks for evaluating, prioritising, and measuring initiatives.
* Drive company-wide forecasting, KPI management, and performance reporting to inform growth vs. profitability trade-offs.
* Lead transformational finance projects to enhance reporting, planning, and decision-making capabilities.
You will be a qualified accountant with experience in fast-paced, high-growth online environment. You’ll be a trusted partner to senior leadership, shaping strategy, driving financial discipline, and turning complex data into clear, actionable insights. Strong skills in financial planning, forecasting, investment evaluation, and scalable modelling are essential, with experience leading finance transformation projects highly desirable. Candidates must be available on short notice.
