What We Are Looking For...
Responsibilities:
* COMMUNICATION
o Set up team briefs and communicate/store actions and targets
o Check business communication channels and drive actions to achieve priorities
o Delegate accountabilities within the store team
o Communicate and champion current business initiatives
o Lead store visits clearly and concisely during management absence
* CUSTOMER FOCUS
o Work with management to improve customer-focused culture
o Drive conversion, footfall, and service KPIs
o Adjust approaches to meet customer needs and improve service
* OPERATIONS
o Create a safe working environment, complying with health and safety legislation
o Support health and safety training completion
o Complete price events and promotional activities
o Drive delivery process and productivity
o Ensure replenishment and stock checks are completed
o Action stockroom walkthroughs and product opportunities
* VISUAL & COMMERCIAL
o Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards
o Conduct store walkthroughs for visual attention
o Analyze data to identify opportunities
* PEOPLE
o Recruit and induct new team members
o Develop and coach staff, providing feedback
o Handle difficult conversations appropriately
o Support a culture of recognition and inclusivity
* COST & BUDGETING
o Monitor store performance and controllable costs
o Check staffing levels and deployments
