What We Are Looking For...
Responsibilities:
* COMMUNICATION
* Set up team briefs and communicate / cascade store actions and targets.
* Check business communication channels and drive actions to achieve priorities.
* Delegate accountabilities within the store team.
* Communicate and champion current business initiatives.
* Lead store visits effectively when stepping up in management absence.
* CUSTOMER FOCUS
* Work with management to improve customer-focused culture and drive KPIs.
* Adjust approaches to meet customer needs and improve service.
* OPERATIONS
* Create a safe working environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation.
* Support health and safety training for the team.
* Complete price events and promotional activities as per communication.
* Drive delivery and productivity in line with expectations.
* Ensure replenishment and stock checks are completed timely.
* Conduct stockroom walkthroughs and identify product opportunities.
* VISUAL & COMMERCIAL
* Implement and maintain store layouts, sale launches, and visual standards.
* Perform daily store walkthroughs to identify visual needs.
* Use company tools to analyze data and identify opportunities.
* PEOPLE
* Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
* Develop and coach sales advisors, providing constructive feedback.
* Handle difficult conversations professionally.
* Support formal meetings and people processes.
* Promote recognition and an inclusive culture.
* COST & BUDGETING
* Monitor store performance and controllable costs.
* Ensure staffing levels meet store priorities and KPIs.
