The Opportunity
We are working in partnership with a leading Tier 1 main contractor delivering a major £150 million new build construction project in the Norwich area. This is a flagship, technically complex scheme within the critical infrastructure sector, and we are seeking a highly capable Project Manager to take full responsibility for the cross-site services package.
This is a pivotal delivery role on a high-profile site requiring strong coordination across M&E, civil, and infrastructure disciplines. You will work closely with internal teams, subcontractors, consultants, and client-side stakeholders to ensure timely and technically robust delivery.
Scope of Responsibility
Full ownership and delivery of cross-site infrastructure packages, including:
External services ducting
Drainage systems
M&E trenching and containment
Car parks, site-wide utilities and hard landscaping
Management of groundworks and civils subcontractors across multiple interfaces
Close coordination with internal MEP and build teams to manage programme integration
Chairing of coordination meetings, interface tracking, and progress reporting
Oversight of temporary works, permits, logistics, and enabling works
Ensure compliance with project programme, technical standards, HSEQ, and budget
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Site Manager on major build or infrastructure schemes (preferably Tier 1 or large Tier 2)
Strong understanding of civils, groundworks, and M&E coordination
Track record delivering external works and cross-site services on large-scale projects
Excellent interface management and stakeholder engagement skills
Confident leadership style with the ability to drive delivery, quality, and safety standards
SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Platinum), First Aid as minimum requirements
Engineering background (civil or building services) highly desirable
