Learning disabilities support worker

Position: Adult Support Worker- Learning DisabilitiesLocation: LeedsHours: Full-time / Part-time / FlexiblePay: £12.21-£13.21

We are currently recruiting Support Workers on behalf of a caring and inclusive service in Leeds that supports adults with learning disabilities to live happy, independent, and fulfilling lives.

As a Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in helping people with learning disabilities with their daily routines, personal goals, and community involvement. No two days are the same – and every day is rewarding.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Supporting individuals with daily living tasks (e.g. cooking, cleaning, personal care)
* Encouraging independence and confidence
* Helping people access the community (e.g. going to the shops, appointments, or social activities)
* Building positive relationships and promoting wellbeing
* Keeping accurate records and working as part of a team

Who We’re Looking For

We welcome applications from:

* Minimum 6 months experience in adult care or support work.
