Complex Care Registered General Nurse
Location: Lincoln
Shift Pattern: Days, Nights, and Waking Nights
All candidates MUST be drivers.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced RGN to support a young female with highly complex needs transitioning from hospital to home.
You will deliver nurse-led care within a 2:1 package (3:1 for some interventions), managing complex neurological, respiratory, and enteral care needs while working as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Key Skills Required:
* Complex care / neurological experience
* NIV & respiratory support (Airvo, suctioning, cough assist)
* Buccal Midazolam administration
* Monitoring & escalation of clinical deterioration
About the Client
Our client is a young female with complex medical needs including cerebral palsy, severe dystonia, and respiratory compromise. She requires full support with all aspects of daily living and clinical care.
She enjoys watching TV and YouTube on her iPad and benefits from a calm, structured approach. She lives at home with her family, who are involved in her care.
