Job Title: Electrical Fitter
Location: Ashford
Position: Type: Full-Time / Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:30
Salary: £35,000 - £42,000 per annum (Dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities
* Preparation and assembly of electrical control panels from components, their subsequent installation and integration onto machinery.
* Electrical and electro-pneumatic assembly and testing of machinery including fault finding and PLC control set up.
* Interpret and work from technical drawings, work closely with Design Engineers to develop new designs.
* Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure seamless operation of machinery.
* Apply expertise in pneumatics and electro-pneumatics to troubleshoot and optimise machinery performance.
* Ensure all work is performed in compliance with BS EN 60204 Part 1 (Electrical Safety of Machinery) or equivalent specifications.
Qualifications
* A minimum of Level 4/HNC in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
* Demonstrated experience in working with industrial machinery.
* Proficiency in interpreting and understanding technical drawings.
* Solid experience in handling pneumatics and electro-pneumatics systems.
* Knowledge of BS EN 60204 Part 1 or equivalent electrical safety standards is essential.
