We are currently seeking a nurturing, confident, and bubbly Teaching Assistant with SEN experience to join a welcoming primary school in Chatham.
The Role
* Providing 1:1 support for Year 3 and Year 4 pupils
* Supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to access learning and reach their full potential
* Being flexible and happy to move between classes as required
* Working closely with teachers and the wider school team
* Building positive, trusting relationships with pupils and staff
The Ideal Candidate
* Has previous SEN experience (essential)
* Is patient, attentive, and nurturing
* Brings a positive, confident, and bubbly personality to the classroom
* Is adaptable and proactive
* Committed to supporting children both academically and emotionally
