Performance Manager
Performance Manager required to join a reputable regional contractor based in Hampshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding business who is a leader within the construction industry. Specialising in commercial, residential and various private & public sector works across multiple leading frameworks.
About the role of Performance Manager
As Performance Manager, you will focus on ensuring compliance, reports and analytics throughout key projects, leading performance, strategy & development. As Performance Manager you will be responsible for enabling data driven decision making across the board. Working closely with the Senior Leadership team driving strategy & improvement .
Responsibilities for Performance Manager
* Lead performance management throughout the business and across frameworks
* Monitor and track relevant KPI’s whilst identifying risks and opportunities, ensuring accuracy
* Work collaboratively with Senior leadership team, promoting development and performance
* Provide data-driven insights and recommendations
Requirements for Performance Manager
* Previous experience using data and analytics to drive strategic decision making.
* Proven experience producing reports based on data and project information
* Ability to engage with clients and stakeholders and build and maintain effective relationships.
* Relevant background and qualifications in a similar type of role
