Are you an experienced Release Manager with a background in the banking domain? Our client — a leading global IT services and digital engineering firm — is looking for a results-driven individual to oversee software release processes in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
Role Overview
As a Release Manager, you will play a key role in managing and delivering high-quality software releases across enterprise platforms. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure release governance, and be the driving force behind seamless deployment cycles — across both on-premise and cloud ecosystems.
Key Requirements
* Proven experience in software delivery within regulated environments
* Strong understanding of on-premise and cloud technologies
* Excellent communication skills – able to bridge tech and non-tech audiences
* Demonstrated leadership and individual contributor mindset
* Domain experience in Banking
Technical & Process Skills
* Proficient in release planning and change management
* Familiar with Atlassian tools, ServiceNow, and DevOps pipelines
* Experience with:
* Jenkins, GoCD, Azure DevOps, Azure Portal
* Pega Deployment Manager
* Deep understanding of Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies
* Ability to manage multiple releases with precision and attention to detail
