Role: Maintenance Supervisor
Type: Permanent
Location: Lancashire
Salary: TBC + Benefits
SRG are currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join a successful and growing client on a permanent basis. As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead planned and reactive maintenance activities across a manufacturing site. You will ensure machinery uptime, drive continuous improvement and support production teams.
Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
* Oversee planned and reactive maintenance across the site
* Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and PLC faults
* Support machine/process optimisation and engineering improvements
* Ensure all maintenance activity follows safe working systems (including LOTO)
* Support lean initiatives including 5S and waste-reduction projects
* Contribute to root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Criteria:
* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
* Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
* Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic & pneumatic systems
* Experience in automation, robotics or injection moulding
* Hands-on fault-finding and problem-solving skills
* Understanding of lean principles (5S, CI, RCA).
