Car Sales Executive – Bournemouth
Basic Salary: Up to £25,000
OTE: £55,000 - £60,000

Are you a motivated sales professional with a knack for numbers and a passion for the automotive industry? We're working with a well-established and highly respected finance company in Bournemouth that is looking to grow its finance team with the addition of a skilled Finance Sales Executive.
As a Finance Sales Executive, you’ll be the go-to expert for customers exploring finance options for their vehicle purchases. You’ll work closely with the sales team to deliver a seamless, high-quality buying experience while ensuring compliance and maximising finance penetration.
Speaking directly with customers guiding them through their car finance journey.
Responsibilities of the Finance Sales Executive:
1. Present and sell finance products in a clear and customer-focused manner
2. Work with lenders and internal systems to gain credit approvals
3. Build strong rapport with customers, tailoring packages to meet individual needs
4. Maintain accurate records in line with FCA guidelines
5. Support the sales team to achieve overall dealership targets
What We're Looking For?
6. Previous experience in a Finance or F&I role within the motor trade
7. Strong understanding of automotive finance products and FCA compliance
8. Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills
9. Results-driven with a consultative, professional approach

10. Competitive basic salary up to £25,000
11. Realistic OTE of £45,000 - £60,000
12. Supportive team environment with ongoing training and development
13. Monday–Thursday: 9am–5pm or 11am–7pm.
14. Friday: 9am–5pm
15. Weekend work on rotation (one Saturday per month 9am - 5pm and one Sunday per month 10am - 4pm with a weekday off in lieu)
16. 29 days holiday (including bank holidays)
