Are you organised, proactive, and great at keeping things running smoothly?


We’re looking for a Sales Administrator to support our busy sales team at TRAINFITNESS, the UK’s leading provider of online fitness qualifications and industry-related products.


At TRAINFITNESS, we believe in creating an inspiring, supportive environment where every team member can thrive. You’ll play an essential part in keeping our sales operations running efficiently by handling key admin tasks, liaising with accounts and helping ensure no lead or enquiry goes unnoticed.


About the Role

In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our sales team, maintaining systems, tracking performance and assisting with customer communications. You’ll also step in to handle sales calls when needed and play a key part in ensuring smooth communication between teams.


Key Responsibilities

* Assist with contacting leads and schedule appointments for sales discussions.
* Take incoming calls and complete initial needs analysis when required.
* Support general sales operations to help drive performance and efficiency.
* Manage the Enrolments Inbox, ensuring all enquiries are actioned or assigned appropriately.
* Maintain the sales tracker and send daily sales stats to the management and accounts teams.
* Liaise with the accounts department to arrange invoices and purchase orders.


About You

* Excellent organisation, time management and communication skills.
* Confident using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
* Good with technology
* Professional phone manner and attention to detail.
* A team player who’s proactive and eager to learn.
* Previous experience in sales administration, customer service or telesales preferred.
* Interest in the fitness or education industry is a plus!
