Main Duties As an Accounts Manager, your main duties include: * Taking ownership of the day-to-day finance function, utilising Xero as the core platform * Overseeing bank reconciliations, invoicing, supplier payments and the management of credit control processes * Proactively monitoring and following up on overdue balances to maintain healthy cashflow * Assessing project performance and profitability through Xero Projects, keeping a close eye on margins and trends * Examining income, expenditure and project margins to highlight areas of opportunity or concern * Preparing management reports and delivering financial commentary to support informed decision-making across the business * Contributing to cashflow forecasting, budgeting and fee forecasting activity * Playing an active role in longer-term financial planning, including input into a five-year business plan * Strengthening finance proc...
