The ideal candidate will:
* Be a qualified teacher with QTS (or pending QTS by September 2025)
* Have experience teaching in a primary setting (KS1 and/or KS2)
* Demonstrate high expectations for all pupils and a commitment to raising standards
* Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons that meet the diverse needs of learners
* Show a clear understanding of assessment for learning and curriculum progression
* Possess excellent classroom management and organisational skills
* Be a reflective practitioner who is open to feedback and keen to develop professionally
* Value and promote positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
