We are currently recruiting two experienced Plumbers to join our growing team delivering responsive repairs and maintenance across social housing properties in Basildon and surrounding areas.

The Role
As a Plumber, you will:
1. Carry out responsive plumbing repairs within occupied and void social housing properties
2. Complete multi-skilled works outside your core trade including basic building works, drainage and minor groundworks
3. Diagnose faults efficiently and deliver right-first-time solutions
4. Use a handheld device (PDA) to receive, manage and complete jobs (full training provided)
5. Deliver excellent customer service while working in residents’ homes
6. Work safely and in line with current Health & Safety regulations
You will also participate in an out-of-hours rota, providing additional earning potential.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking plumbers who are:
7. Experienced in responsive repairs and maintenance
8. Confident working in social or local authority housing
9. Comfortable working independently and managing daily workloads
10. Professional, reliable and customer-focused
11. Able to multi-skill across minor building and drainage works
12. Strong in Health & Safety awareness
You must be willing to work in all weather conditions and use small hand tools safely and effectively.
Essential Qualifications
13. City & Guilds Craft or Level 2 in Plumbing (or equivalent)
14. JIB-PMES CSCS Card (Blue) or working towards
15. Full UK Driving Licence (minimum 12 months held)
