About the Role
This role offers autonomy and support to manage your own caseload, an opportunity to play an active role in business development, and long-term progression within a reputable and dynamic organisation.
Responsibilities
* Expertise in advising both employers and employees on a broad range of employment matters, including disciplinary and grievance issues, dismissals and redundancy, TUPE and restructuring, and Employment Tribunal litigation.
* Proficiency in drafting contracts, policies, and settlement agreements.
* Proven ability to manage your own caseload and contribute to the continued growth of our employment law offering in the region.
* Strong communication and client-facing skills to build lasting relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
* Enthusiasm for business development and a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities.
Qualifications
* At least 8 years of post-qualification experience as an Employment Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (ILEX).
* Comprehensive understanding of employment law and a track record of successful outcomes.
* Commitment to providing exceptional client service and contributing to the success of our growing team.
