We are currently seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Conveyancing Assistant to join our busy and well-established Residential Property team in our Bristol office. This role is ideal for someone with conveyancing experience who enjoys providing high-quality support and working as part of a collaborative team.Key ResponsibilitiesProviding administrative and legal support to conveyancers and fee earnersOpening, maintaining and closing files in accordance with firm proceduresPreparing and issuing contract packsAssisting with searches, Land Registry applications and SDLT returnsLiaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and solicitorsManaging correspondence, emails and telephone enquiriesUpdating case management systems and ensuring files are kept up to dateSupporting with completions and post-completion mattersAbout YouPrevious experience in a conveyancing or residential property role is desirableStrong organisational skills with excellent attention to detailConfident using case management systems and Microsoft OfficeProfessional, approachable and client-focusedAble to manage multiple tasks and work well under pressureA team player with good communication skills
