Customer Success and Account Manager
Are you a little tech savy, into gaming or something similar or just the 'go to person' when it comes to resetting passwords or setting up email accounts for the family, then this role will be perfect for you.
At WOWAPPS we help restaurants to get more customers, spending more money, more often with our toolbox of Reservation, Ordering, Delivery, Loyalty and Marketing tools.
We’re looking for a proactive Customer Success and Account Manager to help onboard, support and grow our restaurant partners. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients – answering questions, solving problems, and ensuring they get real value from our tools. Think tech support meets relationship manager. No experience necessary as full training is provided.

* Troubleshoot issues and provide fast, friendly support
* Build relationships that keep customers engaged and thriving
* Identify opportunities for other products and services to help make your restaurant clients more successful

This is an in-office role at Burleigh Heads.
We’re looking for an immediate start (as early as next week), but we’re prepared to wait if you need to give notice.
