Our client, a well-established high-street law firm in Twickenham, is seeking a confident and organised Conveyancing Assistant to support a busy Residential Property team.
This is a full-time, office-based position working closely with fee-earners on a varied caseload of sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity. The role involves day-to-day file management, client communication, preparing documents, and ensuring smooth progression of matters from instruction to completion.
Candidate Profile / Experience Needed
* Previous experience in a conveyancing support role is essential
* Strong understanding of the residential conveyancing process
* Confident handling client enquiries and liaising with third parties
* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, office-based environment
* Proficiency with case management systems and Microsoft Office
