A Typical Day in the Job:
Working in a first line support role supporting the end user with It issues.
Working on IT issues, connectivity issues networking isses.
Everything will be logging in the internal CRM gold vision.
The apprentice will be responsible for resetting password, data back ups, firewalls.
Setting up new users, deleting old users.
Working on Wireshark and command prompt to support with trouble shooting.
Remote access through Any desk
Working on PowerShell and scripts
Salary, Hours & Benefits:
£17,500 per annum
Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
20 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Passion for IT
IT qualifications from school/college
Good problem solving
Good communication skills
good relationship building skills
Work well in a team and on their own
Grade 5 in GCSE English, 4 in GCSE Maths
