Position: Principal Mechanical Engineer Location: Warrington or Abingdon (flexible with location) Start Date: ASAP Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday Hybrid: 3 days in the office and 2 days home working Mechanical Engineer - Nuclear Projects The Mechanical Engineer will work within multi-disciplinary engineering teams delivering projects across different lifecycle stages, from FEED through to detailed design, commissioning, and operational support within regulated nuclear environments. You will be involved in mechanical design and technical studies, supporting a range of systems including handling equipment, mechanical transfer systems, and process equipment used in high-active or controlled environments. Work will also include design development, technical documentation, and support across construction, commissioning, operations, and decommissioning phases.
